BAXUS, the platform for consumers, brands/distillers, and retailers across the globe to trade physical bottles and barrels on blockchain, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who genuinely understands the mind of a spirits collector (or other similar collectible space) to build awareness and excitement to join 250k+ users in trading bottles and barrels in our ecosystem.
You'll own the full funnel—getting people to download the app / sign up online, guiding users to engage deeper with BAXUS features (tracking collections, following other collectors, trading insights), and drive transactions by converting the right audience into active Marketplace participants. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution across email, social, paid acquisition, and community building.
We are headquartered in New York City with offices in New Jersey and Louisville, with flexible remote work options. This role requires someone able to commute to central New Jersey & Manhattan a few times per week (with some exceptions for those in Kentucky / near Louisville).

Acquisition: Execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, product-led) to grow our user base with quality collectors, not just browsers.
Product Marketing / Engagement: Guide 200k+ app users and 50k+ web users to track their collections and wishlists, follow other collectors, discover new bottles, and become active marketplace traders.
Lifecycle Marketing: Design retention campaigns that increase transaction frequency and keep power users engaged across the platform.
Content & Community: Create and share compelling stories around rare bottles, market trends, and collector insights that resonate across all channels (email, social, product onboarding). Help build and maintain a strong, loyal community among our power users.
Growth Experimentation: Run A/B tests on user flows, referral mechanics, and engagement strategies—scale what works fast.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure growth initiatives align with broader company goals and product roadmaps.
4-5+ years marketing experience in fast-paced B2C software/ecommerce environments.
Spirits/Collector DNA (70%): Deep knowledge and genuine passion for spirits collecting, active in collector communities, understands market dynamics.
Crypto-savvy (30%): Comfortable with blockchain/crypto concepts and their application to collectibles, and have some experience (whether business or personal) in crypto communities/products.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven track record managing email, social, paid ads, and content simultaneously.
Content-First Mindset: Strong writer who can repurpose stories across channels and create data-driven narratives.
Bias to Action: Default to testing and iterating rather than endless planning.
Community Member: Active participant in existing collector communities (spirits, wine, watches, cards, etc.).
Location: Able to commute to central New Jersey & Manhattan up to a few times per week, OR Louisville (if you’re in KY).
